Companies in Special Situations
Our firm works with institutions to syndicate co-investment opportunities. This gives investors access to highly sought after companies, outside of an institutional structure.
The majority of our opportunities in this space are pre-IPO liquidity transactions in larger, more established companies, such as Airbnb or SpaceX.
We additionally raise capital for esoteric funds and direct opportunities, through our family office and angel investor networks.
